Rearrange pages in any order
How to Use the PDF Page Reorder Tool
Upload a PDF file, then rearrange the pages using the up and down arrow buttons. The new order number is shown alongside the original page number so you can track changes. Click "Save Reordered PDF" to download the rearranged document.
Features
- Visual page list — See all pages with their current and original positions.
- Up/down arrows — Move any page up or down in the order.
- Full content preserved — All page content, images, and formatting are maintained.
How It Works
The tool uses pdf-lib to load your PDF, then copies pages in the new order into a fresh document. Everything runs entirely in your browser.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the original PDF modified?
No. A new PDF is created with pages in the reordered sequence. Your original file is never changed.
Are bookmarks and links preserved?
Page content is fully preserved. Some interactive features like bookmarks and cross-page links may not update to reflect the new page order.
Can I reverse the page order?
Yes. Move the last page to the top and work through each page to reverse the order. For large documents, the PDF Splitter may be more efficient.
Is there a page limit?
No hard limit. Large PDFs may take a moment to process since everything runs in your browser.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. All processing happens locally in your browser. Your PDF never leaves your device.
